Varnaa Sarees Cancellation Policy:

 

Varnaa dispatches products within 24 hours of placing the order (on normal business days.) The cancellation of orders are not entertained by Varnaa Sarees.

We accept returns only in the cases, the product received in damaged condition or the wrong item is received. For color unsatisfied and quality unsatisifed , we dont accept return or refund.

We treat saree selection as a pure artform. We have uncompromising quality checks in place, to ensure you receive the best.

Varnaa sarees aims to simplify the procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence/return the item if the item is not as described/not what you had ordered. In case you are dissatisfied with the product received from Varnaa Sarees, please contact varnaasarees@gmail.com and whataspp support. We shall revert back to you at the earliest.

Hand- woven garments might have slight irregularities. These add to the unique charm of these products!!! Those handcrafted exposes & impressions are not considered as damages

 

Refunds in case of damaged/wrong products:

For the refunds our support team will contact you for the bank details to credit back the payments made.

Returns / Refunds in Case of Customized Products:

The sarees which are Customized are not eligible for Return / Refund / Cancellation.

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, length & width/height, etc.) as shown on the website of  Varnaa Sarees are only approximate, and may differ from the actual product due to a variety of reasons beyond our control.

We firmly believe that all the customers who order online are aware that the colors seen on the monitor can be slightly different as compared to the color of the actual products due to variation of color settings and capabilities of computer/mobile monitors, or other computer/mobile related differences / limitations of the computer/mobile system.
